Background
For almost 20 years I worked in publishing before establishing myself as consultant and interim manager in 1997. My assignments are typically with organisations in the (non) profit sector that are being faced with the issue of innovation (with ICT) of their primary information provision and the changes in organisation that result from it.
In recent years I have done a lot of work in the area of
institutional repositories and open access, amongst others
launching the DARE programme and network in The Netherlands, leading
workshops for OSI and eIFL and co-authoring the design of the
European DRIVER-programme.
I have a master in Knowledge Management (TIAS Business School), degrees in Law (Erasmus University) and English, and extensive training and practice in change management (a.o. Rotterdam School of Management).
